This policy explains how Mooijane handles returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and made-to-order lighting.
Return window
Eligible unused items may be requested for return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
Items not eligible for return
- Made-to-order, customized, special-order, modified, clearance, or final-sale pieces.
- Installed items, used items, or items missing original packaging.
- Shipping fees, handling fees, installation costs, and expedited services unless required by law.
How to start a return
Email support@mooijane.com with your order number, delivery date, item name, reason for return, and photos of the product and packaging. Do not ship anything back before receiving return instructions.
Damaged or incorrect items
Report damage, missing parts, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the carton, shipping label, product, and any visible damage so we can help arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or carrier claim.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Bank and card processing times may vary.
